Melon Salad with Lime Honey

Melon season is ending soon - even though I LOVE the fall, I'm always sad to see the end of ripe, summer melons. But until then, I'm savoring the sweetness and making melon salads! Get my recipe for this melon salad with lime honey, below!

Melon Salad with Lime Honey

1/2 of a watermelon, honeydew melon and cantaloupe
1/4 cup of honey
Juice of one lime
Sprinkle of salt
Mint, for garnish

Using a melonballer, create the desired amount of melon balls from the 3 melons and arrange them in a serving dish. My melonballer is made by @oxo.

Combine the honey and lime juice and stir.
Pour the lime honey on top of the melon balls and stir so they are all coated.

Season with a pinch of salt, garnish with mint, and put into the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve!
