I purchased two tickets to one of the tastings back in January and I ended up inviting a guy that I was dating to attend with me. It ended up being one of the most interesting date nights that I can remember. I have been on many (well, not too many…) dates around Atlanta, and I have to say that Holy Sip is the PERFECT date night in Atlanta! Whether you go with your honey or your best friend, this intimate cocktail experience feels so special and new. It's like an exclusive happy hour on a whole new level! Finding Holy Sip was not the easiest task - it is in a very discreet location in Castleberry Hill. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Shannon, curator of Holy Sip, world traveler and by my estimates an all around dope human being. I realized that each tasting has a maximum of 8 members - this is important, because is creates an intimate vibe where you can enjoy the company of a +1 and get to know the others at the table as well. After getting started, we were constantly learning about new liquors and ingredients for an hour and a half, and trying some of the most delicious cocktails. It was a really immersive experience from start to finish.

Aquafaba (chickpea water, that has similar properties to egg whites - who knew!)

At the end of the tasting, it was perfect timing to ‘keep the party going’ and grab some tacos - perfect night achieved!
